The award certificate carries a facsimile in the name of A.H. by State Minister Otto Meissner (1880–1953), embossed stamp of the Head of the Order (211 mm x 298 mm). Accompanied by its associated paperwork that were never filled out and returned (one in German from Berlin, one in Spanish from Madrid, 212 mm x 297 mm each), in the cream-colored German Eagle Order Award Document Folder (gold-colored embossed eagle on the front cover, 220 mm x 305 mm) with insert sleeve (inscribed in black ink handwritten script “An Der Sargento Don Amado Medina Villa Esteban” on one side and the same in pencil on the other, edge wear). Documents are near mint.
